Q& A:

Is this a class for me?

Yes, it is for anyone interested or who just wants to learn a little more about the Chen style Taijiquan Practical Method.  Yes, classes are for you if do not understand Chen Style Taijiquan. Compared to other Chen styles (there are a few), the choreography does differ. However, when you observe closely there is no difference in the forms.  Yet in the small details there is a difference.

Are the classes suitable for people who have no prior experience with Chen style Taiji?

Yes.  These classes are suitable for people who have or have not had previous experience with Chen style Taiji.  The teaching method is movement mechanics based, and this approach is different from most other teaching methods.

What are the dress requirements?

There is no need to purchase special Taiji shoes and suits.  Track pants and sneakers are fine. As is a t-shirt or sweat-shirt.
